Entry to the Trade Room

DUTY OF CARE DICTATES THAT ALL REASONABLE PRACTICABLE PRECAUTIONS ARE TAKEN TO ENSURE ONLY TRADE PERSONNEL ENTER THE TRADE AREA.

The Trade Area is a restricted area for persons working in the tattoo and body piercing industry.

To gain access to this area you must be able to prove that you are currently working within the tattoo or piercing industry.

You will need to present identification at our ‘Information Desk’. Ideally this will be a copy of your Environmental Health Certificate of Registration, the minimum requirement being a business card. If you present a business card you may be required to prove trade status to the information desk or a third party to gain entrance to the Trade Room.

The final decision to sell lies with the traders in the trade room who will be entitled to use their own discretion and professional judgments.
